A Psalm 23 Vacation
As calm and picturesque as Psalm 23 sounds, there's a deeper meaning here than just peace and tranquility, and beauty and nature. The psalm is more about the relationship between the Lord and His people. David, who wrote the psalm, was described as “a man after God’s own heart.”

Thank God for Snow
At the end of April, we took our girls on a drive to Mt. Baldy to play in the snow. It was obviously late in the season and most of the snow in the local mountains had already melted. Since Mt. Baldy was about to close for the season (all the other resorts had already closed), we weren't really sure how much snow we'd find there.
