Pastor Kory's Update

Dear West Covina Christian Church,

One of the hardest things about this time of quarantine is not being able to have our normal fellowship with one another. This has been harder on me than I would have expected. I miss see you, catching up on life, and having some laughs together. I know many of you feel the same way. In light of this, we are going to have an Online Fellowship Gathering this Sunday at 12:00. You can watch the worship service at 10:30 at www.westcovina.church and then join us for our "virtual fellowship." To join us on your computer, tablet, or phone, click here. To call-in for the fellowship gathering, call (669) 900-6833. Our meeting ID is 988 4815 5606 and the password is 1100.

This week's video devotional is given to us by Bob:

Are you interested in helping make masks for those who need them? Anne Smith is coordinating an effort to make masks for health care workers, church members, and others who may need a mask. There are service opportunities available to anyone who can sew or just wants to put together kits. Please contact Anne at 626-827-0106.

We are continuing to pray for you. If you have a prayer request that you would like to be sent on the Prayer Chain email, please let me know at kwenell@westcovinacc.org.

Thank you for your faithful giving to the church. We don't take this lightly. With the feeling that God is up to something special during this time, I encourage you to continue to give. This is a blessing to our church, our community, and to you as well. God loves a cheerful giver (2 Cor. 9:7)! Here are the ways to give during this time:

By Mail – 1100 E Cameron Ave, West Covina CA 91790
Online – Visit www.westcovina.church/give
By Text – Text an amount to 84321

Stay safe and have a great rest of your week!

Pastor Kory
