NAOMI House Day 6 – Thursday

On Thursday, we finished up our last full day of activities. The youth ministry played with water balloons and the children’s ministry went on a scavenger hunt. Despite the hot weather, both groups had a lot of fun outside. In the afternoon, we went to the pool and had lots of fun playing with the kids. After dinner, we had a great dinner and dessert. Many people stayed up very late; I personally fell asleep on the couch at around 3:30. As I write this short summary the following morning just before saying goodbye, I feel blessed to have been able to have been on this trip. Although there have been many challenges before and during the trip, I realized I should not take for granted my time here. Thank you to those that sent prayers and supported us along the way. :)
