NAOMI House Day 4 – Tuesday

Good morning everyone! The team enjoyed Slide Rock on Monday while the NAOMI kids attended equine therapy where they got to interact with horses and other animals. Today (Tuesday) was the first day we actually got to spend all day with the kids! Here is an update from a couple of team members:

Today was the first official day of hanging out with the kids. This morning we made cookies and tie dyed shirts, it was a lot of fun. In the afternoon we went swimming with the kids and that was fun too but there was a chance of lighting so we had to come back which was fine because it gave us time to play with the kids. Everything has been super fun and we are so blessed to be here.

Today was our first day of ministry and we decorated cookies and made tie dye shirts. It was really fun spending time with the Naomi House members and my team members. I was able to reconnect with NH members and make new friends as well. We also had the opportunity to go to the pool with everybody and it was fun throwing each other around and spending time together. We also played basketball for 2 hours until it was too late and it was time to go inside. So far this trip has felt like a blessing and I have a feeling of gratitude because I had the opportunity to be apart of this trip. I definitely feel like God has blessed me and the team.
