College and Young Adults
We're a community of college-aged and young adults who come together to worship the Lord, study the Word, and fellowship with one another.
Join us for The Gathering, where we’ll explore questions and learn more about God’s purpose for your life. Whether you grew up in a church, or aren’t sure you even like church, we invite you to come and see for yourself. Meetings usually last a couple of hours and consist of dinner, an icebreaker, worship to the Lord, a study of the Word, and time in prayer. The Gathering is a “come as you are” community, so please join us! We meet the second and fourth Sunday of each month at 1:30 pm. For more information, email Stephen Okamoto at email@example.com.
Mid-Week Bible Study and Fellowship
The College and Young Adult ministry has its own Bible study/fellowship time on Wednesday nights at 7 pm at the church. If you can’t make our Sunday meetings, or you can’t get enough, join us for Bible study.
Twice a year the college and young adults take off for a weekend retreat. This great time of fellowship may take you to the mountains near Big Bear or the Sequoia National Forest. Stay tuned to the website for more information on the next retreat.
Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan's Purse, brings good news and great joy to children around the world. And the work doesn’t stop there. Through The Greatest Journey, Samaritan’s Purse’s discipleship program for those who receive shoeboxes, whole communities are being transformed by the Gospel.
