Highlights

Concert of Prayer: Wednesday, October 3 at 7pm

Come together with your West Covina Christian Church family tomorrow, October 3 at 7pm for our monthly Concert of Prayer. This monthly prayer time is the first Wednesday of each month. If you'd like to attend but are in need of a ride, contact the office, and we'll do our best to arrange a carpool.

Church Workday: Saturday, November 3

Over the next few weeks, we'll be washing sidewalks, patios, and walls and patching stucco on the first-floor exterior walls. We'll need your help on Saturday, November 3 to finish up as we cover those walls, railings, and trim with a new coat of paint. We'll still have projects such as cleaning of the sanctuary's pews and landscaping, so there's a job for everyone. Join us!

Child Dedication: Class on Sunday, October 7

We’ll be dedicating children to the family of God during our Sunday, October 28 worship service. If you’re interested in having your child dedicated, join us for a special class on Sunday, October 7 at 9:20am in the library. For more information, please contact Pastor Kory at kwenell@westcovina.church or (626) 430-7588 ext 201.

Harvesters: Tech Tables

The Harvesters Seniors Ministry, with support from the College and Young Adults Ministry, has launched “Tech Tables” every second and fourth Sunday during Food and Fellowship. If you just picked up a new device, or you have a question about your current technology, stop by one of these four tables.

We’re also looking for volunteers to man these tables, so if you're knowledgeable of these devices and would like to help others, sign up at the Kiosk. For additional information, please contact Audrey Sakamoto.

Harvesters: Discover South Dakota

The tour begins on Friday, May 17, 2019, and will feature a journey of the Black Hills, Needles Highway and its rock formations, a visit to Mount Rushmore, and exploration of Deadwood, a national historic landmark. The cost of the trip varies based on occupancy. For more information or to reserve your spot, stop by the Pretzel Kiosk or see Glen or Rosemary Waki.
